We aim to deliver your order within 1-5 working days. Once your order is processed, you'll receive tracking information via email. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider.
How can I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. To initiate a return go to our portal via the link here. Please note that the customer covers return shipping costs.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receiving the order at info@onmyweights.com. Attach photos or videos of the issue to help us process your request quickly.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info@onmyweights.com. Please include your order number within the email.
How long will it take to get my pre-oder?
Estimated shipping dates are listed on the preorder product page. We will ship as soon as the item(s) become available and you'll receive a tracking number via email. Ship dates are estimates and subject to change without notice.
